Otantik Academy is a training service that provided to our employees and dealers for the purposes of standards and service concept of Otantik should be protected and developed through long years. Our all experienced or inexperienced employees are subjected to training of 1-2 week(s) beginning training and regular training programs for remedy the deficiencies or our new products. By this training, we can provide the same quality service at our all branches and serve our products with the same presentation technique. At the same time, we provide a service at Otantik quality standards by providing trainings in the field of human relations, implementation of the foods, recipes and presentations, labor safety, hygiene and cleaning.
